FC3600 Series

The new FC3600 heavy-duty cutting machine is ideal for on-demand production of two and three-dimensional signs, stencils, gaskets, cardboard boxes and design samples. With four available head configurations and a selection of five tool types, the FC3600 handles a wide range of materials. The maximum cutting speed is user-selectable up to 23.6 ips, and the maximum cutting force is 5000g.

Noteworthy innovations include:

	Tri-port connectivity (USB, Parallel and Serial) to make the FC3600 compatible with virtually any computer configuration.
	Three-axial digital servo system for high-speed X-Y positioning and precise tool height control.
	The capability to process a variety of materials up to 1.2" thick.
	A machine status indicator for distant monitoring of the operating status.

The FC3600 series also comes standard with a range of software to enable the output of both CAD and graphic data.

The FC3600 can use five types of tools, including a pen, swivel cutter, tangential cutter, oscillating cutter, or creasing tool to process various types of materials including paper, synthetic sheets, rubber, resins, and foam materials.

Compatible with 48" roll media, this on-demand cutting machine can be used in a broad range of industries from production of shoe/apparel, packaging, and sign/display to instrumentation.
