The FC2240 series large-format flatbed cutting plotters are available in 47" x 36" and 68.5" x 36" tables sizes, with several options for tool head configurations, and material hold-down systems. All models accept medium widths up to 40 inches and 2-pen models enable loading of one pen for drawing and another for cutting.
The FC2240 series of flatbed cutting plotters is ideal for designers and prototype makers in the packaging industry, fashion industry, digital printing and offset printing industry, sign making, etc.
The FC2240 series is available with different media hold down methods depending on the application requirements: magnetic, electrostatic adhesion, and vacuum suction.
A wide range of materials can be cut with great precision, including sheet metal for electronic design, chipboard, magnetic sheet or roll media, matte board, gasket, marking film, sandblast rubber, high-intensity reflective film, etc.
The FC2240 series of flatbed cutters is supplied with Graphtec’s Cutting Master plug-in for Illustrator, and it can be easily interfaced with Mac or PC environment through USB, serial or parallel connections, or via a network USB Print server adapter. A Windows printer driver is provided that also works with most CAD software packages.
The FC2240 is also supported by most popular sign making software packages.
The FC2240 is in two table sizes: The FC2240-120 is 36” X 47.2” and FC2240-180 is 36” X 68.5”.
