Shipments

We reserve the right to specify routing of shipments.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled except upon terms that willfully compensate GSS against loss.

Taxes

The amount of any present or future federal, state, local or other taxes applicable to the sale of products listed herein shall be added to the price and paid by the Purchaser unless Purchase provides GSS with a valid exemption certificate acceptable to GSS, Inc. and the appropriate taxing authority.

Returns

All products sold by GSS, Inc. are returnable only in accordance with the warranty provisions hereof. Before returning any products, Purchaser must obtain GSS, Inc's Return Authorization (RA). Credit will not be issued on unauthorized returns.

Force Majeure

GSS, Inc. shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, changes in shipment schedules or failure to deliver caused by accident, fires, strikes, riots, civil commotion, insurrection, war, the elements, embargoes, government requirements, acts of God or public enemy, prior orders from customers or limitations on GSS or its suppliers' production or marketing activities or, any other causes or contingencies beyond GSS's control. We shall in no event be liable for any consequential damages.

Choice of Law

The contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

Warranty

All statements, technical information and recommendations about our supplied products are based upon tests believed to be reliable, but do not constitute a guarantee or warranty. All products are sold with the understanding that the Purchaser has independently determined the suitability of such products for its purpose. We shall honor the manufacturer's technical evaluation or suspected material and at no time will we e responsible for claims beyond the replacement value of the defective products or in any way be liable or responsible for consequential or incidental damages. GSS, Inc. will issue credit to the customer when we have received the credit from our supplier. No salesman, representative or agent of GSS, Inc. is authorized to give any guarantee, warranty or make any representation contrary to the above.

Terms

Net 30 days after approved credit. The net amount of invoice is payable within 30 days of the due date and shall thereafter bear monthly services at the rate of (2) two percent per month on the unpaid balance until paid.

Delivery

Every effort will be made to ship in 1-5 days on receipt of order. If complete shipment is needed, state "ship complete - no back orders." if there is a delay of more than one (1) week, you will be advised o options available.

Return Material Policy

All material returned must be in original container and in resalable condition. All material being returned must have Return Authorization (RA).
